My need for something to hang over the family dinning room table pushed me to destroy several canvases. I hated everyone as usual. Well that is until I walk away from it for a day or so.
Anyway, I found the book Wonder on my daughter’s bed and for some reason I was drawn to the negative space the black in the character’s hair and face created.  I’d tried to hang a jungle piece in the same room a few days before but my husband said it was over kill. “We need something nonspecific.
